向邵族長老學習製作魚筌（放置於河流中捕魚的竹製陷阱），將魚筌的製作方法用於一件裝置藝術的創作，透過工作坊活動，與二十多位遊客共同製作，將長老保留下的古老智慧向人們傳遞與分享。這次我們不抓魚，要用它來捕捉人們的關注與腳步，駐足片刻，靜靜欣賞日月潭與邵族傳統文化的美好。

Learn the method of making fish trap from the elder of Thao ( an unique trap made with bamboo, placing in the river for fishing ). Creating an installation art using the fish trap techniques, built by 20 tourists. Sharing the beauty of ancient wisdom, the traditional lifestyle from the local. This time, we are not catching fishes, but catching your attention. Why not stop for a moment, enjoy the beauty of Sun Moon Lake and the wisdom of Thao's traditional culture.

那幾天經常一回頭，就被眼前夥伴們工作的畫面給迷住，我們赤腳走在被陽光曬得溫緩的甲板上，幾個人坐在放射狀的竹片上工作，幾個人在梯子上忙碌，真好。阿伯也來現場看看我們，見到一群人正在開心地學著做著他教給我的事，臉上滿是笑容。
